About... Me.
Helping one person might not change the world but it could change the world for one person.

My Story
Hi, I’m Fiona Leeann, a support worker, creative, and community advocate living in the beautiful Macedon Ranges. My work is grounded in compassion, connection, and a deep belief that everyone deserves to feel supported and seen for who they are, not just the challenges they face.

With a background in mental health, community work, creative arts, and lived experience, I bring a unique blend of skills and insight to my work. I’ve supported individuals navigating Autism, ADHD, complex mental health, trauma, and life transitions, and I understand how important it is to meet people where they’re at, without judgment, pressure, or a one-size-fits-all approach.

Outside of my professional work, I’m a landscape artist and have a strong connection to the natural world, which inspires both my creative and support practices. I also volunteer in the suicide prevention space, working to reduce stigma and create safer, more inclusive communities.

I recently completed the Loddon Murray Community Leadership Program, a self-development and leadership journey that deepened my passion for advocacy, personal growth, and creating long-lasting change.

Whether I’m supporting someone to reach a goal, reconnect with themselves, or explore new possibilities, my approach is always relational, flexible, and person-led. I believe in walking beside people, not ahead of them and I bring creativity, patience, and warmth to everything I do.

Healing Through Creativity & Connection
In 2018, I picked up a brush and began painting landscapes, a practice that became a form of self-expression and healing. Nature has always been grounding for me, and painting allows me to capture its changing moods, shifting light, and the deep sense of transformation and renewal it offers. Art became a space where I could slow down, reflect, and process life’s challenges in a deeply personal way.

My passion for helping others heal and feel supported extends beyond creativity. With a background in mental health support, community engagement, and project coordination, I have dedicated myself to building spaces where people feel seen, heard, and empowered. My work in suicide prevention, peer support, and mental health advocacy has reinforced my belief that no one should have to struggle alone.

My Core Values
