FIONA LEEANN
MACEDON RANGES
Welcome.
My name is Fiona, and I’m an Artist, Mental Health Support Worker, and Mental Health Advocate, living in the Macedon Ranges, Victoria.

I’m currently working to blend my creative passions with my interest in health and well-being. My goal is to inspire others to reconnect with their own creativity, interests, and hobbies within a supportive community.

I’m deeply committed to creating change, both on a system level and for individuals. While society has come a long way in understanding mental health, there are still significant gaps and stigma, especially within local communities. Many people face barriers that can prevent them from seeking help and moving towards what is important or meaningful to them.
I believe together, we can ensure that people feel supported and less alone in this world.
ART BY FIONA LEEANN
In 2018, I discovered my passion for painting landscape art. As a self-taught artist, I’ve found that being in nature has been incredibly healing, and I love expressing these feelings through my work. My art often focuses on the elements of nature that resonate with me most; trees, skies, and beaches from places I’ve visited. I’m captivated by the changing seasons and the way our environment evolves. Sea’s shifting moods throughout the day. The way trees transform over a lifetime. How grass and leaves change in colour with the seasons. And how the sky can be dull and lifeless one day, then next bright and spectacular the next. What started as a small creative project at home quickly became a healing and empowering journey. There’s something special about getting lost in the creative process, and I’m grateful to share that journey through my art.

WORKSHOPS
These sessions are currently on hold - please reach out to discussion your interest in attending a future workshop
Join me for a fun, supportive painting workshop that encourages connection and self-expression through painting!
This is not an art class, I'm not here to teach you how to paint, and it isn't about creating a masterpiece.
I’ll provide you with the tools to bring colours and shapes to life in a way that feels right for you. It’s a fun, expressive, and creative outlet that doesn't need to make sense—just a space to play with different themes and ideas.
It is also a chance to connect with others and share stories in a supported environment. Each session will be structured differently, and we'll start with a grounding exercise to help you settle in.

All acrylic painting tools are included, and you can take home your canvas if you like—or leave it with me to recycle for future sessions. Please wear clothing that you don't mind getting paint on!

If you are a parent, please feel free to bring your kids along. they don't need to participate but if they do please purchase them a ticket.

Please contact me for Private one-one-one sessions.
SUPPORT WORK
I am an independent support worker who assists participants on the NDIS with psychosocial disabilities, and those eligible for aged care Home Support Programme (CHSP) Or Home Care Packages.
I am passionate about helping clients live more independently, both at home and in the community, by providing the physical and emotional support they need.

I understand how overwhelming and challenging everyday tasks can be for those with mental health conditions, neurodevelopmental disorders, and physical disabilities. My experience includes working with individuals who have Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Schizophrenia, Substance Abuse & Addiction, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and over 65 years who may be experiencing isolation.
I take a patient, collaborative approach, focusing on my clients' everyday needs and their short-term and long-term goals. My aim is to help them increase their social and economic independence and to maximise their funding to ensure they achieve their full potential.
